Anntonette serves as one of Tetra Tech’s leaders in the Renewable Energy Facility Design, Development, and Construction program. She has been with Tetra Tech for almost 10 years, taking a brief sojourn to work for Horizon Wind Energy as their development program manager in 2006.
Her experience includes planning the siting, design, permitting and construction of numerous wind energy projects for private developers, municipalities and utilities. Anntonette began her career as a legal policy analyst for the Washington State Department of Natural Resources. She has served as session counsel to the Washington State House of Representatives Committee on Telecommunication, Technology and Energy (1998-1999) and Interim Administrator of the Alliance for Clean Energy New York (2005-2006). She is a frequent speaker at energy conferences, such as the annual American Wind Energy Association Conference and Exhibition and the World Wind Energy Conference. Anntonette is also a contributing author of the American Wind Energy Association Wind Energy Siting Handbook (published in 2008).
Anntonette’s sustainable design experience focuses on planning economic and environmentally benign renewable energy projects. She understands the unique environmental impacts, public safety concerns, and public acceptability challenges associated with the development of green energy projects, and wind farms in particular. Her construction and operations oriented experience provide valuable insight to early stage development decisions.
